- Introduction to the equine muscular system (7 of the major muscle groups) including a discussion about possible causes of tension
- What is equine massage and how does the horse benefit?
- You will be introduced to various massage techniques of which 3 will be taught and practiced in more detail.
- You will learn the benefits of stretches and practice these on your own horse
- Contraindications to massage treatments
- You will be able to complete hands on practice of your massage routine on your own horse and receive feedback on your videos via email.
